Who we are

Julie Garreau

Animal Osteopathy

Meet our Animal Osteopathic Practitioner Julie Garreau.

While growing up in the mountainous South of France, her childhood was spent largely in the presence of her wonderful companions - a pony, a donkey, three sheep, two goats, two dogs and a lot of cats! Their unique personalities and unconditional love showed her the deep bond between humans and animals and the capacity of each to heal.

These tender interactions were crucial in igniting her passion for medicine and lead her onto the path of animal osteopathy. After five years of studying to obtain a Masters in Animal Osteopathy in France, she begun working with Grand Prix horses in Germany, Luxembourg and her native France.

Before moving to Auckland, she spent two years in Melbourne collaborating with holistic vet, hydrotherapy and osteopathic clinics. Her passion for providing the best care means regularly collaborating with experts from other fields, allowing treatments to be tailored to the specific needs of each animal, maximising their chances of recovery and overall well-being.
